CTS is looking to hire a shop foreman. The 2nd Shift Shop Foreman is a key management role in the company. The individual is responsible for managing an efficient shop fleet operation by organizing and prioritizing workflow to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality low-cost repair decisions.  This individual will work on the shop floor as well as maintain the flow of communication between drivers, operations, and mechanics to make sure driver needs are being handled in a timely manner.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for the daily management of a team of technicians to meet and exceed performance expectations for safety, quality, parts integrity, and performance.  The Shop Foreman is also responsible for assisting with quarterly/annual performance evaluations for technicians.

PAY FOR PERFORMANCE BONUS

This position is eligible for up to a $500 quarterly bonus.  The bonus will be based on:

• Overall shop performance
• Maintain 5% or less of down tractors per day with explanation for reasons why
• Maintain 95% or higher weekly PM Service on time
